The 250-650 word essay should include a thoughtful commentary on your academic goals; an explanation for leaving your present/most recently attended college; and your reasoning for wanting to attend the University of Connecticut. If your educational attendance has not been continuous, you must include information about the activities you were involved in during the time(s) not spent in school.
