Applicants who will have attempted 90 or more semester hours of college credit (including withdrawals and repeated courses) before enrolling at Florida State University are required to upload a personal statement for review by the Office of Admissions. The statement should address the following: • Description of how you accumulated your total attempted hours • Explanation of any withdrawals or repeated courses • Description of why you hope to transfer to Florida State University • Reason(s) for selecting your current major • Your plan for timely graduation in the major listed on your application
在进入佛罗里达州立大学前，累计尝试至少 90 个学期学分（含退课及重修）的申请人，必须上传一份个人陈述供招生办公室审核，说明： • 学分是如何累计的； • 任何退课或重修的原因； • 为什么希望转入佛罗里达州立大学； • 选择当前专业的原因； • 如何在申请所列专业及时毕业。
